While the Challenge Kit is an integral part of the training materials needed to engage participants in the Gamechanger INTERVENTION experience, it can also be used separately for training games and professional development across your organisation.
The Gamechanger Challenge Kit is a robust, commercial grade kitbag full of the equipment required to deliver an active programme for up to 80 people at a time.
We have worked tirelessly to ensure that all of the components within the kit are waterproof, pupil proof and will stand the test of time for as many training programs as you need.
You’ll find a comprehensive operations manual, bursting with knowledge, ideas, activities, safety information, tips on feedback and planning. Once purchased, the Gamechanger Challenge Kit belongs to you and can be adapted to develop any aspects of your curriculum that lie outside of traditional classroom teaching. It will help you deliver new skills training to small groups for many years to come.
To deliver sessions using the Gamechanger Challenge Kit our training course, ‘Facilitation Skills for Experiential Learning’, is required. It focuses on how to pitch and shape the learning process to reach the learning objective.
This course is practical, engaging and fun and covers all the key points you need and is accredited by the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC) and the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL).
Trainees will be assessed throughout the process and will then be certified to facilitate activities using their Gamechanger Challenge Kit.
